Resort and Hotel Management Consultant

Owner and Director Marion Mollett is an industry veteran, with over 25 years of experience across all areas of resort and hotel management and hospitality operations.

Marion started her hospitality career in Perth, Western Australia in 1991, before relocating to Queensland in 2005, where she moved into hotel management operations, including staff training and development.

Working in branded and privately-owned hotels and resorts, and as a member / committee member of many local and international tourism associations, Marion realised there was a strong demand for the expertise of a Queensland hospitality consulting firm to support management, owners and operators.

In 2014 Marion launched MJM Consulting & Training, and today she has an expert team of resort and hotel management consultants, ready to assist clients with their specific needs and challenges.
